A dynamic personality who in her very nature is very inquisitive, creative, risk-taker & a self-starter, knew from her childhood that she possessed an entrepreneurial mindset and that was her journey to take. After the completion of her M.Phil & a certificate of lectureship from the UGC she handled Entrepreneurship Development, Marketing Management and various other papers for MBA students at Avinashilingam School of Management Technology. She was instrumental in taking the Entrepreneurial Cell of the University to greater heights and encouraged students to pursue entrepreneurship as a career for development, job creation and empowerment. For her, entrepreneurship and teaching have always been a passion & she wanted to follow that in her own terms.
After her stint as an Assistant Professor, she started a Food business that taught her the intricacies of consumer behaviour, buying pattern, customer loyalty, product development,ROI and much more ….that determines what goes into running a business successfully and the pitfalls of SME’s. Later on, she founded “The Kids Club” that had after school programs transforming young minds that enriched their strengths in areas beyond their curriculum.
In the recent past through “Aequitas Global “ she has trained arts, science and engineering students in soft skills so that they get easily employed through placement cells from universities. She has written articles, blogs and presented papers in a wide range of subjects.
Founder Passion Foundation has been her platform for uplifting women and young adults to ideate,incubate businesses/startup’s to scale, expand and commercially feasible. Founder Passion Foundation has identified many a number of well deserving women and youth from rural and semi-urban areas & helped them build their businesses. Continuous learning, anticipating outcomes and staying focused has been her biggest strengths and cross many milestones. Her vision is to engage with children from a young age and pave the way for a brighter and better nation.
