He has held leadership roles as Director of the Integrated Marketing & Producer’s Association (IMPA), Bangalore & is currently Director at FounderPassion Foundation – ‘The Start-up Accelerator™’, which supports early-stage entrepreneurs in building scalable ventures. As a Strategic Advisor – Industry & Government Partnerships with Section Infin-8 Foundation, Mangalore, he actively collaborates on three prestigious projects under the Office of the Principal Scientific Advisor, Prime Minister’s Office, Government of India, New Delhi.

His contributions extend beyond leadership positions. As an Advisor, he has guided charitable and developmental organisations including Dr. R. Arunachalam Charitable Trust, IMPA Charitable Trust (Tamil Nadu & Karnataka) & Krishnamurthy International Agriculture Development Foundation, Coimbatore.

As a Mentor, Senthilkumar has supported incubation centres, research foundations & social enterprises, including the Atal Incubation Centre (under NITI Aayog, GoI), the Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME, Bangalore), Y.D. Mane Research Centre & PureMe Organics Pvt. Ltd. His mentorship has nurtured start-ups, greenfield projects & entrepreneurial ventures across India.

He has also served as Former Advisor to the Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation (Poompuhar), Government of Tamil Nadu, where he contributed to artisan development & growth initiatives in the handicrafts sector.

Currently, as Practice Head at the Model Career Centre (a PPP project of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, Titan & CII, Chennai), he drives talent development, career readiness & industry-academia collaborations.

Through his journey as a consultant and mentor, Senthilkumar continues to empower individuals, organisations, and communities—fostering innovation, leadership, and sustainable progress.
